Frank Tsai is a multifaceted creator and dreamer, shaped by a culturally rich Taiwanese-Canadian heritage and life in the City of Angels, with a refined appreciation for design, imagery, and culture.

From Los Angeles’ fashion and footwear to FMCG in wellness, Frank has helped brands thrive in their respecting arenas — yet his truest freedom is found on two wheels, riding far beyond the office skyline.

It is in the quiet moments after soul-liberating rides that he realizes the importance of a ritual — one that enables him fully savor the serene satisfaction when the kickstand is down.

"The enduring love I hold for motorcycles began with a single afternoon in 台南 Tainan, Taiwan.

My maternal grandfather — a man of stoic silence and quiet strength — arrived at my elementary school on a classic 三陽 (Sanyang) SYM Wolf 野狼 125. He offered only three words: “Hold on tight.” It was a simple command, but for a young boy, it became a core memory.

Today, on my most liberating rides, I still feel his presence guiding me through the wind. It is this enduring connection that fuels APRÈS CRUISE.
