Welcome to SRZH™, The Thoughtfully Bold, which is owned and operated by SRZH LLC (collectively ,"SRZH", the "company", "we", "us", "our").

As we continue to build a world of APÈS CRUISE, formulated for all freedom seekers on 2 wheels, the following are the Terms & Conditions you agree to, by using our website (www.srzh.us) and purchasing our products:

1. Agreement to Terms
Riders' Pact — By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site. We welcome you back when you are ready for riders' camaraderie.

2. Use of the Service
Straight Road Rules — You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You also agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the site, brand, company, and the SRZH community.

3. Intellectual Property
Respect the Ride — The text, images, logos, and software here belong to SRZH or our brothers in the wind. Just like you do not swing a leg over another rider’s bike without a nod, do not use our content without written permissions.

4. User Accounts
Stay True to Your Pride and Joy — Certain features may require you to create an account. You are the one holding the keys, so guard your login like your own bike. If you catch anyone trying to ride off with your account, let us know at contact@srzh.us.

5. Limitation of Liability
Throttle's in Your Hands — When you are on this site, you ride your own line. SRZH cannot be held for any incidental spills or aftershocks along the way. At most, we are accountable for the price of the services you have paid for.

6. Dispute Resolution
Roadside Talk — If a bump in the road comes up, we believe in pulling over and talking it out. The goal is always to settle things so everyone can ride on with the sun at their back on a tank full of gas.

7. Governing Law
Ride by the Law — These Terms are governed by the laws of your respecting courts.

8. Terms Amendments
Ride Code Revisions — We may shift these terms at any time. When we post the changes, they take effect right away—no pit stops.
